About our products
Yes. All beers in our webshop contain less than 20 ppm gluten and are therefore officially “gluten-free” according to EU standards. Many of our beers carry the Crossed Grain label and are suitable for people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS).
In Europe, beer that contains less than 20 ppm of gluten can be labeled “gluten-free,” even if brewed with barley malt. In the US, this must be labeled “gluten-reduced.” For each beer, we clearly indicate which method was used.
Yes. We also offer a selection of alcohol-free gluten-free beers – ideal for those who want to drink consciously or avoid alcohol temporarily.
Our beers come from certified gluten-free breweries in Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping & Delivery
For now, we only deliver within Belgium. International shipping within the EU is in preparation but depends on excise and customs regulations.
For Belgium: orders placed on working days before 2 p.m. are generally delivered within 3-4 working days.

Return Policy & Service
Due to food safety regulations, opened packages cannot be returned. Undamaged and unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Please contact us first via info@glutentag.be.
Contact us within 48 hours, preferably with photos. We’ll arrange an appropriate solution: refund, credit voucher, or replacement.
Yes. We use as much recycled cardboard packaging as possible, biodegradable filler material, and bottle dividers made from recycled paper.

Subscriptions & Tasting Boxes
A surprise box with 4 to 8 carefully selected gluten-free beers each month. Every box has a theme (e.g. “IPA Lovers,” “Summer Beers”) and includes info sheets with food pairing tips.
Yes. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Absolutely. You can add a personal message to your order and select a gift box.
About GLUTEN TAG
Our founder developed non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) and found it nearly impossible to find tasty gluten-free beers in Belgium. Out of frustration and passion, GLUTEN TAG was born: a shop for people like him who still want to enjoy good beer.
Yes. We are 100% Belgian and work with both Belgian and international breweries that are gluten-free certified.
Not at the moment. However, we do plan to appear at pop-ups and events/festivals in the future.
