Over the past months, circumstances have changed and new professional opportunities have required my full attention. As a result, GLUTEN TAG is currently on hold.

This is a conscious and temporary decision. While the webshop is not operational at the moment, the project itself will remain very much alive.

The long-term ambition remains unchanged: to develop and launch my own high-quality, accessible gluten-free beer.
